Sorry if there is already a thread about this ..... I did a search but couldn't find one.....
Anyways..... I'm looking forward to this weekend - plans are still vague but I'm definitely looking forward to it regardless of whatever happens......

I'm looking forward to going back to Essex next week to see my new Granddaughter and catching up with family and friends.
I'll miss my gf though, cos she can't come with me.

I'm looking forward to getting a minor op done tomorrow which has been delayed for most of this year. I am also looking forward to comedy evenings and going to see the Boomtown Rats if we can get tickets.

I'm looking forward to the fair on Friday, meeting a friend Saturday, getting the staircase finished, pay day, having a week off work, 2 dress up days in one month at work, bonfire night, reclaim the night march, brum, starting the BR secret Santa, Dr Who 50th, taking my brothers kids down the pit for a Xmas treat, the works Xmas party, wreath making workshop, going to London and my mates Xmas gig - I think that most of my weekends filled between now and the Xmas break!

Even though I've been off sick for the last week I'm still looking forward to my week off at the end of the month and a 25th Wedding Anniversary party to go to. Been off sick but working from home so not really resting or recuperating properly, plus the week off will give me a week to weigh things up in my life.

I'm looking forward to my first half marathon on sunday at the ripe old age of 43! After a horrendous motorbike accident 7 years ago which severely damaged my right knee the docs told me I would walk with a limp and never run again. Wrong on both counts thankfully. Has taken me a long time to get this fit but it has been worth it.

The weekend!.. works night out on Friday night, drinks straight after work, then off for dinner funded by the company because we won an award, then back to bosses whos doing wine tasting and cocktails.. Saturday night at the pub with cohorts if I'm not dying.. And most of all Sunday we're off on a permission explore of a massive Victorian abandoned asylum.. I. Can't. Wait.
