:/ oops. Aunty fed me cake today Twice. Yesterday, five portions of fruit/veg and so far no msg, caffeine, alcohol or aspartame.
Chocolate has been calling to me today for some reason, but I didn't listen.

I want crisps. Flavoured crisps with MSG! Failing that, chocolate will do! I've had a banana and orange and almonds but I still feel like there's something I need!

I can't remember what I've eaten over the last two days, other than it was rubbish overall. Therefore these two days don't count :-)

pretending something didn't happen does not change the fact that it did. failure is best explored to see where you need to make improvements. I on the other hand may of eaten my 5 a day for the first time. I feel ever so full and tried a variety of assorted vegetables. Its a comfortable full not a sluggish sleepy full. its nice.

I'm surprised how stuffed I've felt since aiming for 7 a day, much better than my previous average of 2 or 3. I'm hoping that this craving for junk will fade.

I forgot I was allowed a coffee yesterday but I had one today. I partially gave in to my crisp craving and had a packet of ready salted, still no MGS. I'm only managing five portions of fruit and veg at the moment. If I can't do seven now, I won't be able to do it back at work! I think I almost need to write a list/schedule so that I don't forget or have to invest too much time thinking about it. I'm rubbish with planning ahead with food but rubbish at improvising too.

I've been bad! I ate a portion of fries and a scone while out yesterday, and today I fries again and a large packet of Revels. I'm doing ok with the fruit/veg prtions though.

I had a hot cross bum yesterday straight after my dinner-was stuffed but couldn't refuse as parents brought it round
