I've still not managed more than 6.4 miles but with the hassle of moving and tosspot solicitors to deal with, I've had my hands full.
Did a 4 miler last night so hoping to get back on track after the next couple of days.

5 more getty/ups then the big day. I'm starting to feel excited, nervous, anxious and apprehensive.
I ran a 10k on Sunday which was tough and a 5k tonight just to keep the legs stretched. I've one more small one on Thursday then it's rest-up and eat/drink well to fuel up properly. The furthest I've ran this year is 6.4 miles so getting through 13.1 seems quite daunting.

No! I'm alive and almost well. Aching with heavy legs but that's just to be expected. I read that 4 male participants died, one as young as 29. Bloody awful...it just goes to show that you really do need at least basic training even if you think you are young and fit.
It was a fantastic day, all for a great cause so thanks again for all your donations.
