No not sexual re-orientation, just thought it might prove useful to collate all the "How Do I?" bits into one thread.
Q. Why is my name all lowercase?
A: Your login name will always be lowercase but you can change your display name in your profile to whatever you like (a personal plea, can we please not go down the Gingerbeer route and be changing names for the season, or every few days for any other reason as it gets right on my tits. I have enough trouble remembering one name).
Q. How do I upload my own avatar?
A. The picture you're using has to be online somewhere. It's size must not exceed 100 X 100 pixels. Go to Profile > Modify Profile and put the link to the picture including the http:// bit into the box that says "Avatar URL".
Q. Is the board time set wrong?
A. The board time is set to GMT. However, individual members must set the time according to their location. You can do this through your profile. You will have to change both the Time zone and whether your region is currently in DST (Daylight Savings Time)
